YOU WANT TO GO ON A "HOB" ADVENTURE?
Then here are cards with pre-made Hob characters, places they may hide in, Objects they may cherish and Problems they may encounter.
WHAT IS A "HOB" ANYWAY?
They are small creatures, coming in various kinds of shapes and are categorised as "household fey who help out when you are at your most desperate".
HOW TO USE THESE CARDS
Even though i added design elements (like tags and symbols) hinting at a specific use, they are mostly meant to inspire your game. With the current limited card amount, using them as a fun supplement or inspiration is more important to me than predefined intent.
I recommend to print the files as double sided A4 pages to create 9 double sided cards. Be aware that the files currently only have a DPI of 180!

These look awesome! Though I'm not very familiar with Cairn. How are these cards intended to be used? I see a lot of tags and symbols on the cards. How are those meant to be used? Sorry if it's some rule right from Cairn that I'm just unfamiliar with
Oh thanks, that is am important info!
They have tags and symbols, yes... but none of the design elements are relevant for CAIRN (well, except the stats on Hob cards)!
I included the tags to inspire ideas at the table. Other than that, there are no rules you need to know.
